Cancellation Policy

• All sessions have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made after the 12-hour window is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a single session pricing or if you have a package, you may apply one of your unused sessions to the late cancelled class. No exceptions.

• If you need to make-up a missed session, you may reschedule the session based on availability and only if you cancel before the 12-hour timeframe. Rescheduling can only occur within the same week.

• For no call, no shows, you will be charged the full price of the session.

Studio Policies

• Your session(s) must be paid either prior or immediately after your session is complete.

• All package sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

• For your safety, please wear toe socks with grips on them.

• Please arrive to your session on time. If you are new, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier. We will go through a brief assessment and discuss/answer any questions.

• Silence your cell phone when arriving, so you can be present and enjoy your session.

• It is recommended to reserve your session in advance to guarantee your spot, unless you already have a set timeslot in the system.

• Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to the client.
