Since moving to Puerto Rico in 2021, I’ve been taking private lessons with Cindy. She is an awesome Pilates Instructor! She is very knowledgeable about technique and is able to quickly modify exercises that may be too difficult or that cause pain due to previous injuries. Cindy creates workout routines that provide me with the perfect balance of traditional exercises and new challenges, which she guides and encourages me to meet. I look forward to my twice- weekly sessions with her, not only because it is good for my mind and body, but also because it’s good for my soul. Plus, Cindy makes working out fun!
